As part of our ongoing collaboration with the people of Peckham we are following the statuary consultation guidance with Southwark Council. This means that properties within a 110 metre radius of either Choumert Grove Car Park or Bournemouth Close will have received a copy of the Concept Designs that have just been drawn up.
The reason that only these two pockets are being consulted on at this time is because of the type of land that they are on. Choumert Grove Car Park and Bournemouth Close are not on highways land and therefore go through a different internal council process to Holly Grove and Moncrieff Place, which are (partly) on highways land. There will be the opportunity to respond to Holly Grove and Moncrieff Place closer to the New Year.
In the meantime the documents below have been sent out to approximately 500 properties in total, arriving on doormats this morning. (Click o nthe images to enlarge)
We realise that there are a lot more of you in Peckham that would be interested in hearing about these Concept Designs and would like to have an input, so we are holding a workshop to discuss them on 30th October, at 7:00pm until 8:30pm. Please see the invitation below; (Click o nthe images to enlarge)
We hope to see you there to discuss what has brought us to this point and how things are progressing behind the scenes. We hope you like what we have developed but do please come forward if you have any concerns or would like to discuss something in particular.
We look forward to seeing you there!
