Collaboration Space

This project is all about getting together and doing what you want to do in these pocket places…

Contribute a little or a lot, it doesn’t matter.  What matters is that you have an input in what happens in the community spaces on Rye Lane.

Dates of events and workshops will be added here as they come up, please keep checking back for info or ask to be on our email contact list.

See you there!

October 22nd Pocket Places Evening Tour

—————————————————————————————————————————————————-

October 10th 2013

Since the workshops we’ve been busily working away bringing all of the ideas that residents gave us and shaping them into the pocket places that they identified.  We have come up with a plan, we think it looks good and we’d like to share it with you on Tuesday 22nd October. We’re going to lead a tour around the Pockets starting in Holly Grove Park behind McDonalds at 7:30 sharp, there’ll be hot chocolate and it’s first come first served!

Bring torches, warm clothes and comfortable shoes, we’re going to experience these underused places in a totally new way.  See you there.

There was a fantastic turn out for the Co-Develop workshop, 25 or so people came and developed up to 3 ideas each so we had a lot to talk about!  We’ll bring these ideas into focus and look at the detail of how to make them happen at the next workshop.  The where, when, who and how much £!

It promises to be interesting.  I look forward to seeing you there.

Saturday June 22nd, All Saints church hall (through the big gates at the back), 1-3pm

May 16th 2013

With one workshop behind us and three more to go, I’m racing to keep up.  There are so many amazing insights from the Co-discover workshop we want to make sure we get every piece of info there.

These insights will inform our ideas at the next workshop where we will begin to link all the ideas together as well as making mini teams to support each other as the project progresses.

Saturday 8th June at All Saints Church hall, 1-3pm.

See you there!
